Jury process for Studio Art majors

Studio Art majors must submit the online application form and exhibit a portfolio for jury by the School of Art & Design faculty to be considered for scholarships for the following academic year.

Each student will be assigned a space in the art studios to exhibit a select group of 2D and/or 3D work from their portfolio that best represents their accomplishments, along with a printed artist statement that discusses their work regarding their goals as an art major at WVU. Students who need to submit digital work to be displayed for scholarship consideration in addition to their 2D and 3D work will be encouraged to do so through the online application form.

Portfolios will be on display through February 17, 2021.

Physical works on display must be picked up on February 18, 2021.

Note about digital file sizes

If your digital files are too large to be uploaded to the online application, students must email files to no later than February 12, 2021.
